Teacher Conference and Parent Communication

Teacher Conference

Parent-Teacher conferences are held twice yearly.  A phone conference will occur in the Fall to discuss your child’s experiences and adjustment to school.  In the Spring another conference is scheduled to discuss progress.  During these scheduled conferences, parents may ask specific questions about their child. Additional conferences can be requested by contacting your child’s teacher.  Please feel free to contact your child’s teacher or the directors at any time.

Parent Communication

Parents receive weekly emails and monthly newsletters outlining events occurring in the classroom and throughout the school. In addition to the newsletter, calendars are provided describing monthly curriculum and activities planned in your child’s class. Be sure to check the Parent Boards located out outside of each classroom for updated news and announcements.

We believe that parents should be a part of their child’s education and be informed as to what is happening in the classroom.  If you ever have any questions or concerns, we will be happy to answer and address them!
