All KUC teachers have an unconditional love for children and the learning process.\u00a0 They have college degrees and\/or significant experience and training in the field.\u00a0 As the education field expands and develops, KUC teachers all stay current by attending classes provided by Loudoun County.\u00a0 They have access to a wide variety of children’s developmental resource books.\u00a0 All teachers undergo criminal background checks prior to employment.<\/p>

Both directors and most teachers are CPR\/AED First Aid certified.\u00a0 The directors are PMAT<\/a> certified.<\/p>

KUC Preschool operates as a Religious Exempt Program (Code of Virginia 63.2-1715) exempt from licensure with basic health and safety requirements that are filed annually with the Commissioner but has no direct oversight by the Department of Social Services.<\/p>
